Pie Day is back, and this year we're bringing Santa!
Just before Thanksgiving, your clients and sphere can stop by our office to pick up an apple or pumpkin pie, grab a cocoa or cider, and get a photo with Santa.
How clients sign up
Clients RSVP on Eventbrite and fill out a short form at online checkout where they choose…
Their primary agent
A 15-minute time slot. Santa will be here from 2 to 4 pm and 5 to 7 pm.
Their pie preference (apple or pumpkin).

(Tuesday, November 17th will be the LAST DAY that clients can reserve a pie!)
The checkout form on Eventbrite also includes an optional question asking if they know anyone looking to buy or sell real estate. For any referrals given, we’ll forward them directly to you!
Cost to agents
There is a flat fee of $15 for each pie reserved under your name. This covers the pie, Santa, cocoa/cider, and the overall experience.
Pie charges will be billed to you as soon as registration closes (November 18th). Because we purchase everything in advance, you are still responsible for the fee if someone RSVPs but doesn't show up.
Weekly RSVP updates
You'll receive a weekly email showing how many RSVPs you have.
As we send you those updates, please look it over and let us know right away if something looks off, like a name you don't recognize, so we can correct it before registration closes.
If you can't make it
Staff will be present to give out pies on your behalf. That said, we strongly encourage you to be there to hand off pies to your clients at check-in. It's the best part of the event and the reason we do it!
