This event is more than pies, it’s a time to celebrate the season with our community! Along with handing your people pies, we’ll be slinging hot dogs, enjoying cider and hot cocoa for a fun Timber cookout... same as last year!
***Important Update: This year we're allowing for early pickups for clients/brand champions who aren't able to make the event from 12pm-2pm. They'll be able to select whether to pickup pies early or during the event when RSVPing.

Pumpkin & Apple pies are $10 each - invoiced to you after the event.
The last day to RSVP is Tuesday November 18th (one week prior).
Please notify your clients that they have to choose an apple or pumpkin pie when completing the Eventbrite registration link along with the time they will be picking up. If they submit a real estate referral in their registration we’ll throw in a can of whip cream with their pie!
Admin will email your current RSVPs every Tuesday leading up to the event beginning on Oct 28th.

Tuesday October 21st (five weeks prior) email raving fans - include attached graphic and eventbrite link (It's not too early!)
Tuesday October 28th (four weeks prior) keep inviting your peeps!
Tuesday November 12th (two weeks prior) call raving fans - call script attached.
Tuesday November 18th (one week prior) last day to RSVP!
Friday November 21st - Monday November 24th (few days before) reminder texts/calls to those who RSVP'd
Tuesday December 2nd (post-event follow-up) thanks for coming or sorry we missed you texts/calls, ask for referral
