As the market starts to cool off, it’s the perfect time to pause, reflect, and ask yourself:

This clinic is all about helping you build a business plan that’s actually useful and that gives you clarity, confidence, and a roadmap to crush your goals! We’ll be covering...
Your 2025 numbers: How many transactions did you close?
Your 2026 goals: How much do you want to net?
Your action plan: What needs to shift to make that happen?
We’ll kick things off with 10 minutes of quick brokerage updates (Townhall-style), then jump right into the good stuff. The session will be about 4 hours with a break in the middle which is enough time to go deep, but not too long to zone out.
This clinic will be available on Zoom, but if you can swing it, we highly recommend showing up in person! Trust us, the energy is better and so are the snacks.
And yes! Agents outside our brokerage are welcome! So feel free to invite a friend who’s ready to get serious about 2026.
